Vince has more than 10 years of financial industry experience and specializes in financial advisory and investment decision making. He has the ability to estimate the listed company's intrinsic values in order to identify undervalued companies in the share market. He has knowledge to determinate IPO price and pitch to the potential investors.
Vince is able to distinguish profitable venture projects, and has established a few products in proper structure to engage the investors to invest in potential projects. He is familiar with Australian property development procedure and has successfully assisted investors to set up property funds in Australia.
Vince also is able to provide mortgage service to our institutional clients and individual clients, assist them to obtain loans from local lenders when the clients want to purchase properties, development sites, office buildings, warehouses, cars, and other assets.
Vince graduated from Macquarie University and holds Master of Applied Finance. He also holds Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and FBAA Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Finance Act Accreditation. He is the member of Finance Brokers Association of Australia and has Australian Credit Representative Number (ACRN).
